I ordered a birthday card from the paper people. Unfortunately, my personal message was missing from the order. The paper people proactively contacted me and gave me the opportunity to add a personal text. Now that's what I call good service! simply amazing.
I have used one of their competitors quite a few times and the cards have not arrived on time. First time with Paper People and 100% service from start to finish. Also I made an error when I ordered the card and when I contacted them it was corrected by instantly. Customer for life!
Very pleased with ‘distan’t ordering (and next day postaing from NZ) especially when it was the day before a family members occasion. Otherwise it would have been a 5wk journey from UK!
